Make the track lines same color as the icon for a given location/tagged location. I would greatly improve visual identification (might even improve overall design)
About the track colors—it definitely makes sense for UX if the line matches the color of the destination. Think about it: when someone asks what you did today, you don't say 'I left my house twice,' you say 'I went to the office' or 'I went to the mall.' The destination is the highlight of the trip, not where you started.
Right now, the layout has so much going on that you can't quickly see where one trip starts or ends, especially for short ones. If the track is colored, you get an instant 'heat map' of your day. You can see at a glance where you’re actually spending most of your time because those longer trips stand out.
I’m only suggesting this because I think it makes the information way faster to understand. You’re doing a great job with the app and I’m really enjoying using it, I just think this would make the whole experience more responsive and clear

This doesn’t seem to make sense on the UX level. Do we show the color for the start or end location for a given path segment? What does the color represent then?
