Hi! When do you experience the crash? Is it when you’re using the app or when the app is just running in the background?

Hi Jax, when I’m using the app, most of the time I’m on the timeline

That’s really odd. When the app crashes and you reopen it, is there a prompt for you to send crash analytics via testflight?

No prompt at all

Are you able to reproduce this issue consistently? For example navigating or pressing specific buttons causing the crash

Not really, Using the arrow to navigate in the timeline right now and the app crashes (or just close itself, I don’t know) Relaunch the app, redo it and nothing.
I’m using the version 2.0 (44).

To help debug and fix this issue, would you export backup and send to jax.lytam@gmail.com so I can attempt to reproduce the issue?
I completely understand if you'd rather not send it as it includes your personal travel history. That's totally fine, no pressure at all.
If you do decide to share it, I want to assure you that:
Your data will be handled with strict confidentiality
It will only be used for debugging this specific crash
It will not be shared with anyone else
I'll delete it immediately after the issue is resolved
Appreciate your help with this 🙏

Sent you a recording of the app closing itself.
If I can export the backup, I’ll send you (currently app crashes all the time when trying to export backup or force to do the backup)

If you click export instead of backup directly in the backup screen, does it also crash?

Yes, it crashed after 1 sec

Hi, still here to help!
I’m suspecting the issue being a malformed database, and I’ve tried testing an upgrade from 1.2.1 to 2.0 (44), but it seems to be fine.
Would you be able to let me know your upgrade path? Specifically, which testflight versions you’ve updated to since installing release from the app store (if you have)
I’ve also released a new version (45). See if you can export there.

I don’t remind my exact upgrade path as I once installed the AppStore version then be back on the TestFlight version.
I’ve installed the version 45 but still crashing.
Where the backup file suppose to be located as I have nothing visible on my iCloud (replay folder or file) even on my iPhone.
I deleted the app on reboot my iPhone, reinstalled the TestFlight version 45.
Not able to restore any backup.
If I start a new backup, app still close/crash itself.

Same if I try to export locally the backup.
